In 2015 Avanti was looking for a complete rebrand and a leader for their design and marketing needs. The leader in FIT Travel — a complex and innovative company, in reality, had outdated and unappealing content with no personality. Travel is supposed to be fun, and visually compelling, so CWR set about rebuilding the brand and brand voice from the ground up. CWR ensured that all agents knew Avanti were the best in the business — creating an advert featured in a leading magazines — with the title, ‘The Leader of Independent Travel.’ No product, no copy, no promotions, just a title defining the future vision of the company. CWR set Avanti on course, tweaking their original logo to bring a fresh, young and vibrant feel to the company. Brand guidelines were created to ensure consistency, and all internal/external documents given a modern look. The website was completely redesigned to ensure that the buyers process was clean, simple, and seamless. New platforms were introduced to ensure the standards were raised. A new CRM system, work management tools, a digital platform for housing digital brochures — video/audio platforms purchased to raise the quality of the content. To date, the company is now engineering record revenue highs daily.
